1. System Description & Software Scope

Elixir Marketryx, featuring our integrated ElixSender campaign framework, is a professional B2B digital marketing orchestration software. This application allows enterprises, marketing specialists, and agencies to synthesize target audience segments, construct persuasive copywriting matrices, analyze channel conversion metrics, and configure campaign pipelines.

All outputs, structural diagrams, and dashboard graphs are provided strictly to assist enterprises in organizing elite, high-integrity marketing campaigns.

2. Proprietary IP & Design Ownership

Every design asset, Swiss-styled layout pattern, dynamic chart, custom typography scheme, and interactive software script featured in this ecosystem represents high-value proprietary intellectual property.

All rights belong exclusively to Elixir Marketryx and founding entrepreneur Isreal Joseph Oladipupo. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to navigate this application. Copying or reverse-engineering our software architecture for low-tier templates or public cloning is strictly prohibited.

3. API Scopes & Third-Party Channel Integrity

When connecting developer credentials, platform API keys, or logging in via OAuth protocols (including Google Cloud, Meta Developer, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, TikTok Ads, or X API), you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Verification & Ownership: You certify that you are the lawful owner or authorized operator of the linked Google Cloud console project, Meta Ads profile, or verified WhatsApp Business line.
• Policy Compliance: You agree to fully comply with all third-party platform policies, including Google's Developer Policy, Meta's Ads and Developer Policies, LinkedIn's Platform Guidelines, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• Abuse Prevention: You are strictly forbidden from utilizing Elixir Marketryx or ElixSender to send spam, dispatch unsolicited messages, launch fraudulent ad campaigns, or manipulate search engine crawlers.
• Zero Security Liability: While we enforce high-level database encryption, you remain fully responsible for safeguarding your personal API secrets and OAuth tokens from unauthorized access.

4. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Cap

Elixir Marketryx LTD provides these digital templates and automated dashboard systems on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Because business growth, client conversions, and advertising results depend heavily on custom budgets, client execution, and external market variables, we offer no warranties of high-ticket revenue returns. We do not assume liability for ad expenditures, campaign losses, or third-party account suspensions.
